Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) FW&GS Store in Narberth is seeking a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2). This leadership role guides clerks, delivers excellent customer service, and ensures smooth daily operations on the sales floor, with a focus on meeting regulatory requirements for alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail sales experience.
• Six months as Liquor Store Clerk 1 or equivalent Commonwealth job title or retail experience accepted.
• Must meet PA residency requirements.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to work 75 hours biweekly and in-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Process sales using a computerized cash register following alcohol sale laws.
• Prepare shift reports including accounting and inventory management.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, build displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train clerks to reinforce store procedures and collaborate with FW&GS management.
