Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: greet customers, help them find products and offer solutions when items are not available.
• Inventory Checks: take daily spot counts and update records for overages, shortages or breakage.
• Store Procedures: ensure opening/closing routines, secure money and systems, prepare store for next day.
• Cash Handling: count funds, control access to the safe, and prepare deposits.
• Register Operations: use POS tools, verify eligibility, resolve errors, process sales accurately.
• Merchandising Tasks: lead stocking, build displays, ensure products are organized and safe.
