Job summary

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits store in Uniontown is seeking a Full-Time Sales Team Lead (Liquor Store Clerk 2). This on-site role guides shift activities, assists customers, and supports sales and store operations to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include leading staff, helping customers locate products, completing shift reports, handling cash/stock, unloading shipments, stocking displays, and training clerks.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions or concerns.
• Ability to guide shift activities and support clerks independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and support other clerks.
• Assist shoppers in locating products and answering questions.
• Complete shift reports and manage cash and stock as needed.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, assemble displays, and keep the store organized.
• Train less experienced clerks and ensure policies are followed.
