Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a Sales Team Lead to spearhead direct sales efforts in the assigned Florida territory. You will connect with business owners and decision-makers, learn our offerings through comprehensive training, and promote health and life insurance products to owners and employees.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and a results-driven approach, balancing sales activity with staff development and occasional large-group presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursement
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in designated territory
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members
• Balance sales goals with coaching responsibilities
• Present to groups of 50–100+ people as needed
• Drive outreach and contribute to company growth
