Wynen's in the United States is seeking a Team Lead (Insurance Sales) to guide a field-based sales team. You will recruit, coach, and mentor agents, drive life and supplemental health insurance sales for individuals, families, and businesses, and model best practices in prospecting and closing.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance-driven culture, and strong client-facing skills as you train teams, track performance, and achieve aggressive sales goals.
