AGM Corp is a direct marketing agency focusing on sales that connect businesses directly with customers through personalized, face-to-face interactions, delivering tailored solutions and building strong customer relationships, with offices in Jacksonville, Fl & Indianapolis, IN. This role is located in the office of Jacksonville, Fl.

About the Role:

AGM is a small business currently growing their sales team, and wants someone with direct marketing sales experience to manage the sales reps. This is where your role as a Sales Manager comes in, your role is to manage & train the sales rep and communicate any updates to the CEO.

This is a full time leadership role located in Jacksonville, Fl from 9am-6pm, hours may vary. The salary is a combination of base pay & commission (your commission as well as bonus from team’s production)

Responsibilities:

• Manage & Coach the sales rep
• Train new & existing sales reps every morning from 9:30am-11am in office
• Track team’s performance
• Report team’s update every week to CEO
• Build strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team, preferably an outside/field sales team
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting & exceeding targets & KPI’s
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience coaching and developing a team, preferably a sales team

This role will have an aspect of training, especially in your first week. This role can eventually grow into a more senior role as the team grows.

This is a very important role to the company’s goal & mission. We are looking to fill this role within the next 1-2 weeks. Preferably coming in for orientation for May 8th & May 9th and starting on May 12th. This will be a very quick hiring process, so only apply if you can start immediately.
