Job summary

iT1, a leading global technology solution provider, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our Tempe team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, building strong pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.

You will partner with HR and Sales leadership, coordinate interviews, and support offers while collaborating with Marketing to craft recruitment content for social media.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Partner with the Marketing team to support recruitment-focused content for social media posts.
• Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadership.
• Proactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent.
• Utilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate activity and hiring progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruiting documentation.
• Work closely with the HR team to align on recruiting priorities and processes.
• Partner with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of sales recruiting processes and practices.
