• Own recruiting across Curvion Blue's sales organization and build bench of talent.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and candidate evaluations; manage pipeline and offers.
• Identify top performers and differentiate real sales experience from resume fluff.
