Job summary

Mars Incorporated, Chicago, IL, is seeking a Sales Infrastructure Analyst to drive operational excellence for the Sales teams across TPM tools and processes. You will troubleshoot business and technology requests, translate them into actions, and ensure audits meet corporate standards to support trade promotion, volume planning, and data accuracy.

You will partner with field sales reps and brokers, act as SME for coverage topics, train users, and maintain data integrity in TPM and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years Sales and Support experience or relevant internship.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT).
• Demonstrates strong analytical, business acumen and technical ability.
• Previous experience with Salesforce or Power BI.
• Strong communications skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Experience working directly with end users to help understand system ways of working (helpdesk, etc.).
• Willingness to travel (up to 10% of time).

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and audit controls for tools, systems, and data for 500+ field sales representatives.
• Serve as SME on coverage topics and train end users on TPM tools and processes.
• Analyze exceptions to SOPs and recommend exceptions where beneficial for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Publish sales communications and track open/read metrics and actions.
• Manage Trade Promotion Management system operations and data accuracy.
• Train users and ensure accurate allocation of 5,000+ trade deductions.
• Support indirect volume reconciliations and Sales SharePoint.
