Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Senior Sales Finance Manager in Chicago to lead planning, forecasting, analytics, and governance of investments in Trade and Displays. You will partner with Sales, SRM, and Controllership, driving insights and digitalization across channels.

You will support Regional Grocery East and Route-to-Market sub-channels initially, with growth toward Total Grocery responsibilities over 18 months, leveraging Power BI/Tableau for reporting and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in FMCG and matrix organizations.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• US market and retail landscape knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Business Partner for several sales teams across channels, leading periodic financial reviews and forecasting while collaborating with Channel Finance lead.
• Leads quarterly review of Trade and D&E investments with Channel Finance Leads, including reporting, analytics, and narrative development.
• Owns operational processes and internal/external insights packages with executive summaries.
• Supports Channel Finance Leads in quarterly Channel/Account performance reviews with streamlined reporting and digital tools.
• Supports digital agenda and continuous improvement of digital tools, driving adoption and capabilities building.
