Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues presented by the sales representative or customer during a phone call.
• Respond to inbound phone calls from sales consultants and other communications promptly.
• Utilize and adhere to all tools, policies, and rules provided by management.
• Schedule appointments with customers for technicians to move the account through the solar process.
• Strive to improve performance by using self and Team Lead evaluations.
• Document all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customer’s account.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to support business-critical operational tasks for the sales team. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude under pressure. The ideal employee is highly-driven with the ability to quickly adapt to the needs of an expanding channel and one who is interested in growing with the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Resolve issues presented by the sales representative or customer during a phone call
• Responding to inbound phone calls from sales consultants as well as other forms of communication in a timely manner
• Utilize and adhere to all tools, policies, and rules that are provided and mandated by management
• Schedule appointments with customers for technicians to move the account through the solar process
• Strive for improving performance by utilizing self and Team Lead evaluations
• Properly documenting all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customers account
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Minimum 1+ years previous experience in a call center environment preferred
• Solar experience preferred

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
