Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Order Management: Oversee the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support function.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales support activities, order status, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
