Job summary

Quirch Foods is looking for a customer service/account support professional to impact the end-to-end supply chain with customers in the U.S. This role focuses on improving service experience, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (Marketing-related degree a plus), strong MS Office skills, and solid communication abilities. Some travel is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to travel 10–30%.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Improve customer service experience and engage customers to drive growth.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and actions.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry for orders.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers directly when needed.
• Assist customers with orders, statuses, and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order coordination and delivery.
• Provide data or reports to the sales team.

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

The role will be exposed and impact the complete supply chain process with our customers:

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events
• Assist Account Executive with account management
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies
• Contacts customers directly when necessary
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
