Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
• Proficiency with multiple computer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to discern needs and manage expectations for Account Executives.
• Perform product searches, pricing tasks, and order entry.
• Collaborate within a pod to assist with organization and logistics for complex projects.
• Mentor team members in Sales Support I & II roles.
• Manage a Salesforce dashboard, including during AE absences, entering opportunities and cases.
• Process paperwork with accounting for credits, invoice mark-ups, and return authorizations.
