CC CREATIONS LLC is seeking a Sales Support III in College Station, TX. This in-office, full-time role supports Account Executives by handling customer interactions, order entry, pricing tasks, and cross-functional logistics within a team setting.

The position requires prior customer service or administrative experience, proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms, and a High School Diploma or GED. E-commerce or promotions background is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with multiple computer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to discern needs and provide solutions for Account Executives.
• Perform product searches, pricing tasks, and order entry.
• Collaborate within a support team to organize and logistics for complex projects.
• Mentor and guide team members in Sales Support I & II roles.
• Manage a Salesforce dashboard, enter opportunities, activity logs, and cases.
• Process paperwork such as credits, invoice markups, and return authorizations with accounting.
