C.C. Creations is hiring a Sales Support III in College Station, TX. The role supports Account Executives by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating complex projects from a centralized team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or an administrative role is required.
• Proficiency with multiple computer platforms and standard software.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills or experience in ecommerce/graphics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify needs and offer solutions for Account Executives.
• Perform product searches, pricing tasks, and enter orders.
• Collaborate within a support team to organize and manage complex projects.
• Mentor and guide Sales Support I & II team members.
• Manage a Salesforce dashboard, update opportunities, logs, and cases.
• Process credits, invoice markups, and return authorizations with accounting.
