AGM Container Controls, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales Support Specialist/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the company. You will support Inside Sales and Customer Service teams while performing front-desk duties.

The role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, handling orders and quotes, and assisting with general administrative tasks. On-site with opportunities for growth from Trainee to Senior roles within Sales or other departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or business school, or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Customer Service, Front Desk Reception, or office administration experience is a plus.
• English communication proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: answer multi-line phone, greet visitors, direct to appropriate recipient.
• Visitor Engagement: sign-in, badge procedures, offer refreshments, front-desk tasks ~15% time.
• Information Hub: provide AGM information, direct applicants to Recruiter, maintain professional demeanor.
• Administrative Support: manage AGM software/hardware, scanning, copying, filing Sales documents.
• Customer Interaction: handle inquiries, check order/quote status, assist with orders and quotes.
• Quality Management: follow AGM's QMS processes for consistency and high standards.
