Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document quotes, proposals, submissions, or contracts in designated systems.
• Follow up to ensure timely completion of quotes and delivery of proposals.
• Remarket renewals and handle renewal activities with sales.
• Process paperwork with proper signatures within established timeframes.
• Maintain organized records of leads and customer interactions.
• Escalate customer concerns to supervisor for resolution.
• Assist in creating sales reports and forecasts for the sales team.
• Support lead generation and qualification activities and forward leads.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on status and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop content for sales support.
• Support order processing and fulfillment and manage changes/returns.
