Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to support the Grocery Store team in the Everett/Snohomish County market. The role involves covering vacations, delivering excellent service to accounts, and helping to meet company and supplier goals.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Incentives include monthly commissions, paid time off, holidays, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Experience in beverage sales or merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maximize sales through pre-planning and knowledge of products.
• Make persuasive presentations and respond to objections.
• Quote prices, write orders, and design on-site promotions.
• Visit customer accounts and follow up with calls to present brands.
• Ensure shelves, cold boxes, and displays meet guidelines and rotate stock.
