Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current certifications.

• Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and government regulations including all DOT & state liquor laws and regulations.
• Complete Driver assigned duties delivering Company's products in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Inspects the vehicle pre- and post-trip to monitor the maintenance and safety of the vehicle.
• Work with all team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate company initiatives.

Job Details

CDL Delivery Drivers** play a critical role in the day-to-day operations, while interacting with customers, Sales Representatives, and Merchandisers daily to meet the expectations of the business. They are responsible for delivering, unloading and checking in the product to customers each day. Our Drivers are the face of the Company and must provide top notch customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Use of hand truck, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively, moving kegs up to 165 lbs.

• Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include overtime. This position does not have any overnight or long-haul travel/hours.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Active Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months previous CDL driving experience
• Previous grocery or retail experience
• Class A (Manual) CDL

Compensation

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
