Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Atlanta to help customers move orders from submission to completion. You will investigate delays, answer questions, and coordinate with sales teams to keep orders accurate and on track.

You'll support multiple channels—online, phone, and in-person—and document issues in CRM, prioritizing requests and providing timely updates in line with service levels. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in sales support or a call center.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving order-processing or operational issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve pending, held, canceled, and fallout orders.
• Enter and update customer account information in billing systems.
• Support inbound, outbound, online, and eCommerce sales channels.
• Partner with Field Operations, Dispatch, IT, Marketing, Training, and other teams.
• Document, prioritize, and track support requests in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Identify recurring issues and share improvement opportunities with Sales leadership.
