You’ll coordinate across departments to move orders from submission to completion, enter account data, and assist across sales channels. Strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential, as is the ability to adapt in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in sales support or a call center.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex order-processing issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and ability to explain technical information.
• Strong data-entry and attention to detail when handling orders and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Keep orders moving by researching and resolving pending, held, canceled, and fallout orders.
• Enter and update customer account information in billing systems for accurate processing.
• Support inbound, outbound, online, and eCommerce sales channels.
• Answer questions about orders, products, promotions, and procedures.
• Partner with Field Operations, Dispatch, IT, Marketing and other teams to resolve issues.
• Track support requests in CRM, ticketing, and case-management systems.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to Sales leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
