Qualifications

• Completes administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Interprets business information and communicates effectively.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, inventory and order-processing systems; Epicor experience a plus.
• Has strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry for shipping logs, POs, pricing, and other data.
• Enter and confirm sales orders based on customer POs.
• Track raw material inventory and transfers between facilities.
• Input OOP production data for fabricated components.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Support Fabrication Account Managers as needed.
