Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service in retail/service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: lift 10 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work with store leaders to support account reviews, merchandising, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
