Job summary

LightEdge is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help sellers maximize client interactions and revenue-generating activities by removing internal blockers and coordinating critical deal-support tasks.

You will support up to 10 assigned sellers, manage Level 1 quoting requests in Salesforce, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to ensure timely, accurate deal execution and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or revenue operations.
• Familiarity with quoting or guided-selling tools.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Finance, Billing, IT, Sales Operations, Product, and Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide guided-selling tool support and scheduling assistance for assigned sellers.
• Coordinate legal and MSA requests, routing, tracking, and follow-through to signature.
• Own deal desk requests from intake through resolution to prevent stalled items.
• Prepare and send DocuSign envelopes and manage approval routing.
• Support Salesforce hygiene and data corrections for active contracts.
