Job summary

DIME Industries, a leading licensed cannabis company, seeks a proactive Sales Assistant to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the team’s success.

You will support the sales department by maintaining data in our CRM/ERP, placing daily orders, and delivering insights on customer demand. Collaboration with Account Management and Order Management is key, along with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience directly supporting a sales department preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar sales data management systems preferred.
• Exposure to inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with a keen eye for grammar and organization.

Responsibilities

• Utilize KPIs to extract insights, driving strategic decisions and optimizing sales performance.
• Place orders daily to help drive the sales team toward goals.
• Manage and maintain data within our CRM/ERP system.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Order Management to support specific accounts.
• Handle sales team inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
• Provide essential insights on customer demand and preferences to the sales team.
• Create and manage Google documents, Excel spreadsheets, and all forms as needed.
