Job summary

Columbia Safety and Supply is seeking a Sales Account Associate to support customers via our platform for seamless safety equipment ordering and program management. You will process orders, communicate with clients, and help grow key accounts while collaborating with internal teams in Atlanta, GA.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, leveraging product knowledge to assist customers, and contributing to continuous improvement and strategy development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met.
• Become an expert in GME Supply’s extensive product offering to provide informed assistance to clients.

• Provide consistent and actionable feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive continuous improvement.

Daily activities include order processing, customer communication, improving customer service, identifying opportunities for customer growth, and strategy development.
