• Build strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships through responsive, reliable support
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records in Oracle and internal systems
• Stay current on products and technologies to provide informed recommendations
• Communicate customer feedback and quality concerns to support continuous product and process improvement
• Follow established procedures and promote a safe, clean, and compliant workplace
