A Sales Support Specialist will specialize in assisting our outside sales team with day to day processes and procedures while also supplying happiness to those around them!

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Self-motivated team player
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively one-on-one, and with large groups.
• Sales support duties: Typing up and scheduling delivery of materials, printing start packets, (floor plans, i-joist, truss layouts, etc.), scheduling returns, updating quote with current pricing to resubmit, creating jobs in the system and locking in quotes.
• Daily use and navigation of "point of sales" systems, computers and spreadsheets.
• Attending daily Quarterback huddles to guide workload and duties.
• Support with and help navigate overages and shortages of materials.
• Assist in facilitating change orders & warranty/service repairs for internal/external customers.
• Support the local sales team with rollover calls.
• Detail oriented with an eye for process improvement.
• As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members.
