Description:

Designtex, a leading textile design firm, is launching an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team! As our Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving Designtex's revenue growth by providing concierge-level customer service as the face of our business, and act as liaison between our internal teams and our customers.

Note: This is a remote role. Preferred working time zones: PST, MST, or CT.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Deliver timely administrative and project support to assigned Designtex Sales Representatives, establishing and maintaining a superior customer experience.
  • Enter price quotes, reserves, purchase orders, and memo samples.
  • Respond to stock checks, technical data, and related requests.
  • Manage all open orders for assigned Sales Representatives to ensure timely delivery and keep customers updated on order status.
  • Answer the company's 800 number and provide customer assistance promptly and thoroughly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments such as Accounting, Technical Services, and Inventory to resolve customer issues, including quality claims, pricing corrections, and returns/claims. Also, obtain specification data, warranty information, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Designtex products to assist sales representatives and customers effectively.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or support experience
  • Associate's degree in sales, business, or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce, Epicor, or similar CRM
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for results
  • Industry and/or furniture dealer experience
