What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively contact and consult with clients regarding pre-sale annuity education support
- Build expertise in annuities, financial planning, and market trends to effectively assist clients
- Partner with the director of new business and other key associates to drive sales and raise awareness of products
- Maintain accurate sales call data in appropriate systems
- Provide necessary sales and marketing materials, along with specific sales illustration support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of working experience with life/annuity clients
- 1+ years of experience in internal wholesaling or providing sales solutions within financial services
- State Life & Health license at the time of application or must obtain within 180 days of hire
- Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years’ experience in internal wholesaling with life/annuity products
- Well-established self-management skills, including time management and prioritization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge about individual life insurance products and related practices
- Experience working with Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs) and Salesforce
