Job summary

Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Sales team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will work with Sales Engineers to smooth the customer experience and ensure accurate quotes and invoices.

No prior product knowledge is required, but you should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to support customers by phone and email.
