Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative in California to back up the sales team by identifying optimal products and solutions for customers.

You will generate timely quotations and ensure accurate sales orders while coordinating deliveries and supporting a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1–3 years in sales or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks, Construction or related trades is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales associates to identify best products and solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and process accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate product deliveries for customers and handle inquiries.
• Utilize CRM and phone system to manage customer interactions.
• May back-up driver duties as needed.
