Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.

Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above and beyond to address all needs.
  • Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining accurate and detailed information in Salesforce.com (CRM).
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
  • All applicants must be highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests.
Qualifications

A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment, in addition to having the following:

  • 0-3 years proven experience preferred.
  • Showroom product knowledge preferred
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Communicates well both written and verbally.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments

Pay Range:

$21.51 - $35.89

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
