The Position:

We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead account management and jumpstart sales growth across the fashion and commercial uniform segments. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to department leadership. The right candidate will have the potential and expectations to take over leadership of the sales department.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder, strategist, and closer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across key growth segments, including fashion brands, commercial uniforms, and promotional product companies
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to re-engage legacy clients and generate new leads
  • Assist in setting sales targets, forecasting, and reporting KPIs
  • Own a portfolio of existing customers — maintain and grow relationships through regular check-ins, upselling, and support
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, working with production and operations to ensure on-time delivery and high quality service
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track progress, and generate reports for leadership
  • Take ownership of key initiatives and cross-functional projects

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development; experience in fashion, uniform, or manufacturing industries preferred
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and close new business
  • Strong communicator with excellent follow-through and organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build, not just manage
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small but growing team
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
