Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. You will work directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time, respond to vendor emails, and handle customer service calls and chats. You will also handle various customer service duties throughout the day.

This on-site role supports order management, vendor communication, and timely issue resolution across multiple U.S. locations, including Amsterdam, NY; White Bear Lake, MN; and Pompano Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
• Independent judgement and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls, assist customers with inquiries, and accurately enter and process orders
• Work on a wide variety of vendor forms
• Handle inbound customer chats, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting response time expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, facilitating communication and timely resolution of issues
• Process call tags
• Contact customers via phone/email to provide status updates and resolve order concerns
• Assist with order management, ensuring timely delivery and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

You Opportunity

Taylor DM Brands, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time, answering vendor emails, answering customer service phones and chats as well answering incoming phone calls from vendors. You will also be handling various Customer Service duties throughout the day.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer customer service calls, assist customers with inquiries, and accurately enter and process orders


• Working on a wide variety of vendor forms


• Handled inbound customer chats, answered questions, resolved concerns, and ensured a positive customer experience while meeting response time expectations.


• Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer and operational issues.


• Process call tags


• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders


• Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation


• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Your Shift

• Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST


• This position may be filled in Amsterdam, NY; White Bear Lake, MN; or Pompano Beach, FL

You Must Have

• 2 years of related/relevant experience


• Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, independent judgement, and problem-solving abilities

We Would Also Prefer

• Knowledge of promotional products and knowledge of shipping methods

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18 - 19 per hour. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
