Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Amsterdam, NY! In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of an our company is well represented!

Your Responsibilities

• Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products.
• Assist customers with placement of orders.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat.
• Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner.

You Must Have

• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience preferred
• Reliability
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
• Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and a problem solving mentality

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $16. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
