Candidates for this role must be available to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST OR 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.

Job Overview

Receives telephone calls and emails from field reps to answer inquiries on various issues, including but not limited to, orders, product information, bills, shipments, return labels, credits, and tracking orders. Supports onboarding and creates Salesforce profiles. Assists supervisor with leadership functions such as training, process improvements, and SOP creation. This role is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via calls, emails, and cases from team members on topics like account transfers, practice analysis, conversions, credits, returns, custom quotes, and special-order emails.
• Assist supervisors with approving credits, call tags, reports, mailbox requests, bid tool updates, and training.
• Train new hires and current team members on procedures, maintaining training materials.
• Support team with questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Minimum Work Experience

The salary range is $40,053 to $62,583, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, parental leave, and more.
