Job summary

Victra, the Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative in Morristown, NJ. You will assist in-store experiences, support account reviews, merchandise, and deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable visit.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. You must be legally able to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov–Dec, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful products and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $17.92
