Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Bluffton, OH is seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to every guest. You will support the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most, becoming the face of Victra in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes assisting with account reviews, merchandising, store operations, and ensuring a positive visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in retail or service environments.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers while having fun.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech and assist with follow-through.

What You Will Be Doing...

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.

We’re Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

Sales Support Representatives work a flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week. This position starts at $13.00.
