• Bachelor’s Degree or years of experience equivalent.
• 3–7 years of administrative support or order processing experience.
• Sales or procurement-related experience; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validates if the current part number is accurate.
• Validates quoting requirements, creates quote and sends to customer.
• Receives PO from customer and validates accuracy.
• Research pricing, specs, and compatibility from manufacturer resources; involve Solution Architects as needed.
• Participates in weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Works within defined SLAs and coordinates pricing/availability with manufacturers.
