Job summary

Ferguson is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist customers and support sales teams in a fast-paced environment. The role includes handling quotations, sales orders, and coordinating deliveries from our hub in Hobbs, NM.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm with an on-call rotation every three weeks. Pay starts at $20 per hour and will reflect experience. Training includes about two weeks in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upsell and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and address customer questions or concerns.
• Effectively use CRM system and phone system.
