Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a front-line professional to support the full supply chain with customers and internal teams. You will improve customer service, help manage accounts, and coordinate orders while maintaining accurate records and facilitating growth.

The role requires strong communication, basic sales knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish skills, plus the ability to travel 10–30% to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel: 10–30%.

Responsibilities

• The role will be exposed and impact the complete supply chain process with our customers.
• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
