Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking a customer service-focused team member to support account management and order coordination. You will engage customers, maintain accurate records, and assist with travel arrangements and meetings to drive growth.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, basic sales knowledge, and excellent communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; travel is up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

Staring hourly rate of $23.00 -$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
