The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and capable of coordinating across divisions, with strong office and computer skills to support the sales team and process leads efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centers.
• Familiar with multiple tools including social media and AI.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Research target customers using tools like Construct Connect, ZoomInfo, and AI to record project details.
• Identify potential contacts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo and schedule client appointments.
• Execute mass mailing and outreach across multiple platforms.
• Track leads from various sources and maintain updated CRM records.
• Establish rapport with prospective clients and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up.
