Job summary

CRNCY Group is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to partner with the Sales Manager, PFO team, and Marketing Lead. The role focuses on returning-customer loan processing, follow-ups, and accurate sales administration to keep workflows smooth and compliant.

You will track sales activity, support marketing campaigns, and help coordinate cross-departmental efforts. A minimum Associates degree and 2 years of admin experience are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of office procedures/administrative support experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and follow-up of returning-customer loan applications.
• Respond to queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with loan underwriters to facilitate reviews and issuance.
• Maintain weekly and monthly sales activity tracking reports.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Prepare marketing materials and assist events as required.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant.
