The role emphasizes onboarding, quoting, and product servicing, with opportunities to partner across the organization to meet business goals. On-site work with flexible remote days.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leading a department, sales support or customer service preferred.
• 4+ years in customer service or sales; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with internal departments, agents and partners.
• Ability to work independently within a cross-departmental team and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales support team.
• Support carrier contracting.
• Reporting.
• Manage inter-team communication (training, sales, etc.) in partnership with sales support team members.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on the development of sales support strategies.
• Proactively identify deficiencies and efficiencies and solutions to improve processes.
• Ability to handle and de-escalate escalation calls.
