Job summary

KBKG LLC, a Specialty Tax provider, seeks a Sales Support Associate who helps the sales team with administration, CRM tasks, and client coordination. You’ll gather data for proposals, schedule calls, and ensure the sales process moves smoothly under guidance from managers.

You’ll work with Salesforce or similar CRM, support APAC? regional pipelines, and engage with clients and stake-holders to keep engagements progressing. This role is hybrid, with in-office days three per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely proposals and engagement letters by collecting required information and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities, tasks, and activity records to track client interest and sales status.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and provide updates while keeping the Account Manager as primary contact.
• Coordinate calls and meetings to connect prospects with account owners and advance opportunities.
