Job summary

PEI Group in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support our subscription, delegate, sponsorship and advertising sales teams. You will handle CRM requests, maintain data accuracy, create and allocate opportunities, and manage sales tools and licences.

Basing in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will identify process improvements, work with RevOps, and help teams adopt Dynamics 365 and related tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or CRM support.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Comfortable building Excel reports.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to explain systems to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Triage, resolve and escalate Dynamics 365 requests from sales teams.
• Keep CRM data accurate by creating/merging organisations and contacts.
• Create and allocate opportunities from inbound inquiries.
• Manage licences for sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Provide first-line support for sales tools and escalate issues.
• Produce routine operational reports from CRM data.
