Job summary

KBKG LLC, a specialty tax provider, seeks a Sales Support Associate to join our hybrid Atlanta team. You will support the sales group with proposals, engagement letters, CRM data, and client communications to keep deals moving smoothly.

You will maintain Salesforce records, coordinate calls, route questions to the right experts, and help the Account Manager advance opportunities, while building rapport with clients and partners. A BA/BS and interest in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin, communications, or related field.
• A master’s degree or additional certifications can be advantageous.
• Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with tax incentives and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely proposals and engagement letters by collecting required information from clients and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate accounts, opportunities, tasks, and activity records in Salesforce to track client interest, sales status, and next steps.
• Support regional pipeline progression by monitoring follow-ups, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with account owners to address outstanding actions.
• Proactively follow up with clients and prospects to obtain missing information, provide updates, and respond to routine inquiries while maintaining the Account Manager or Account Director as the primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate calls and meetings to connect qualified prospects with account owners and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Route technical, complex, or strategic questions to the account owner or appropriate internal resource, obtaining required approvals for pricing, scope, technical conclusions, and commitments.
• Maintain responsive communication with clients, alliance partners, and referral sources; build rapport and share approved, relevant industry updates to support a positive client experience.
• Achieve or exceed individual Sales Support goals.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales Team, Partners, and Directors as needed.

Job Description

The Sales Support Associate at KBKG could be the right fit for your career move. The Sales Support Associate is a key member of the sales team who provides administrative, logistical, and customer support to help the sales team achieve their goals. These activities include, but are not limited to, managing activities through CRM, gathering data from the client or key stakeholders to prepare proposals and engagement letters, scheduling and joining client calls, and ensuring the sales process is moving along in a timely manner. Our Managers will work with you to set career development goals to ensure growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)

• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications can be advantageous.
• Preferred:
• Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B Sales
• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Experience with tax incentives
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
